1. M&C G-16694 - Adopt a Resolution Nominating Alcon Laboratories, Inc., as a Enterprise Project Pursuant to the Texas Enterprise Zone Act, Chapter 2303, of the Texas Government Code.
Motion: Council Member Jordan made a motion, seconded by Council Member Espino, that Mayor and Council Communication No. G-16694 be approved and Resolution No. 3786-09-2009 be adopted. The motion carried unanimously nine (9) ayes to zero (0) nays.
