I'm sorry, but this doesn't really 'connect' any dots except point out possible coincidences. If you want to offer evidence of something, your 'dots' should be more substantial.

For instance, Tulane has a School of Epidemiology. How many other studies do they have going on in those areas at any given time? Just what does that prove?

How many years has Tulane (or, for that matter any other research institution) been doing research there without issue? What about the vaccine maker? If they've been doing Ebola research and trials there for while without issue, that should tell you something.
