Could an accidental vaccination program mishap in Africa be the cause of this Ebola scare?
Could a terrible outcome from unrefrigerated or somehow tainted vaccine being used for a good cause be the reason for the ebola outbreak. If that was it perhaps the world, it's economy, and it's people could get on with everyday blessed living again.
