Dallas is normally a major shopping area for the surrounding states during the Thanksgiving/Christmas season. Anyone want to speculate how Ebola will affect that this year?

I originally posted this on another thread, but decided to start a new thread with it. Where I live, a lot of people go to Dallas for a fun shopping trip. (normally)

People will always buy and consume then rinse and repeat. Just, little Timmy will be getting a bsl4 hazmat suit from Santa this year instead of that razor scooter that he actually wanted.

Don't live in that area, but IF I did, I know I wouldn't be headed for Dallas for shopping. It would all be online.

But what about the football games? Do you think people will show up for them?

Re: How do you think Ebola will affect the holiday shopping in Dallas?
There will not be any holiday shopping in Dallas.

Before month's end Dallas County will be under a State of Emergency.

Before Thanksgiving, there will be no interstate travel allowed in or out of the state of Texas.

By Christmas, all of Texas will be under s State of Emergency and state-imposed Martial Law.

Does that answer your question?
