sounds like a euphemism for medical emergency.

Lol, everyone is afraid someone might bring Ebola to uk and this person maybe taking it out.
You know uk is going to the gutter when things like this happen.
Here are another two examples that happened not long ago in uk
1. Illegal immigrants were caught trying to smuggle themselves out of uk.
2. A lorry was stopped by customs at Dover with a load of drugs leaving Britain. Rofl. What next?
