these posters don't understand that a high IQ simply means that your brain is wired totally differently than theirs is

we are different than other people--we can see it but they can not

there is a great disappointment in life b/c you assume everyone is like you but are continuously disappointed to find out that they aren't

it is a lonely place

maybe you would enjoy joining mensa? I guess it depends on the group

I find that many of the people who take that step are achievers

we aren't all achievers --I am not

I am just not interested in DOING those things

I prefer to ponder things, read, study, learn rather than follow through with a menial task to "achieve" something

I do my best to help set up my son for a more success driven life since he is male and will need to provide for a family
