Exactly! How is this even possible, I thought someone explained that it takes several people with special access to even activate it?

Think you are right & I've posted a similar list of escalation-points a few weeks ago.

1) This along with other websites will go down... probably "temporarily down for maintenance" or that "404 page not found" error code.

2) Those random cell towers that no one claims belongs to them... It was in the news a month or two ago. Well, those towers will start jamming your cell signals (among other things) - no more talking & finding your loved ones.

3) Choppers in the air ... moving those people that need to get hither-to-tither and monitoring the ground movements.

4) Power grid & water... restricting travel as well. water rationing...

5) Public address by POTUS

Song on the radio wasinterrupted with emergency braodcast signal.
In between signal blasts was light conversation about some sports in the background.

"Celebrate" was the song.

What a crock of shit.

I am in metro Atlanta, north Georgia...no power outages here.

So they are saying that all one has to do is take over one single RADIO station and push a button on a EAS box and presto, you are in control of the entire nationwide television network, able to write and broadcast any message you want and the entire nation is a captive audence, well there you go guys. They live.

Ok, I was giving the "authorities" the benefit of the doubt, but no longer. That's some major BS, but it's not even good BS - as if they desperately scrambled for an explanation.

Is that song typical for the type of the music the station usually plays? Or for example were you listening to some country music and Celebrate came on and was out of place?

In a national emergency:

- phones will be disabled
- television will be directed to official news (propaganda) sources only.

Yeah, this won't sit well now that people know how it will go down.

if i am not mistaken it is DHS, they have they ability to do the television broadcast interrupt.

I live in MN. Never knew about nuke plants but I was little lad catching frogs and catfishing in the Red River. Simpler times.

I think folks need to get a life anyways and stop watching TV.

So in a contrived national emergency you personally want to watch "The Simpsons" or something, instead of getting vital information as to what the hell is going on.
