FYI: "The Federal Emergency Management Agency’s investigation indicates that a nationally syndicated radio show not affiliated with AT&T accidently sent a message over the National Emergency Alert System. This false message was carried on our network, as well as some other providers. We apologize to our customers." [ link to forums.att.com (secure)] And how did this radio show automatically change people's channels and lock down TV's? Exactly! How is this even possible, I thought someone explained that it takes several people with special access to even activate it? if i am not mistaken it is DHS, they have they ability to do the television broadcast interrupt.
