IT IS TIME FOR A CHANGE!!!

Most of us come here to get our daily dose of DOOM. Is today's main articles about Isis, earthquakes, ebola, solar storms, or an ex-illuminati members uncle from the future warning us about an alien race stealing our worlds supply of A1. It is important we know what's going on. However I think it equally important that WE have hand in what's going on.

As humans,we all are different. We have so many options on what we can choose from to disagree on. Because of these disagreements we have drawn lines, Built fences, built walls, created boarders, etc. Not just on the ground but within our hearts and minds. I have always wonder where we went wrong. What the first disagreement was to make us draw a line. Why do we do this. I don't think its because we disagree. Is it because of things like religious beliefs, money, food, greed, or how someone feels like we should be governed. The list could go on forever. It seems to me it comes down to fear. Fear of being wrong, or fear of being without. Fear of someone taking what is yours. FEAR!!! Fear causes us human to do things we wouldn't normally do. It also keeps us from doing thing we should do. Fear is not a bad thing in some cases. It keeps us from finding out what it feels like to jump off a 20 story building....... Most of us anyway. It seems like a lot of us are afraid change.

Faster and faster now, change is happening. It's happening wether we are afraid of it or not! In most cases it's not a change the majority of us are making. The changes we are dealing with are being made for us by a select few. Wouldn't it be easier to deal with change if we were the ones in control.

I ask you, What does it really matter that we don't see everything from the same point of view. Yes there is always two sides to a story. That however doesn't make both sides right. Sometime we are wrong. So what!!!!!!!!! Is that a good enough reason to build a wall. To run away, or to make someone go away.

Ways to fix Water and food shortages, wars, sickness, equality, renewable energy are some of the things we should be thinking about. Its what we should be trying to fix. The scales are tipping. We are running out of time.

I've been told several time in my life, you can't change the world. What do you think you can do to fix it. One person can't change the world. I don't agree with that but let's say they are right.

What if we, the GLP community could start that change. There are people from all over the world on here. People who care or they would not be reading the threads on GLP. The globe is staring to wake up. We, the GLP community need to be the alarm clock for the people that are still asleep. I would hate to look back and think, We could have made a change if we hadn't over slept.

We are all connected. We all have the same basic needs. I don't know anyone from the future to tell me what are world will look like tomorrow. My guess is, all of us on here "GLP" can agree that it doesn't look very pretty. Is seems that there is so much negativity "DOOM" right around the corner. Is THE END near? I don't know. The thought makes me less afraid to try to make a change. I can't imagine where we would be as humans if non of the man-made DOOM was right around the corner all the time. Sounds very freeing to me!

I do not have all the answers for sure. You might not either. I know that all the worlds problems could be fix if we just tried. If we talked about it with our friends, family and communities. If money was not spent on guns, tanks and wars but instead food, water, and the happiness and health of our fellow man/woman.

What changes need to to happen first? Idk. I really don't think it matters. I just know that we need to start somewhere. We need to start now! So challenge yourself and other to start the discussion. This is directed at you.......yes you! Post your thought please. Good or bad! Its time to start a real conversation about this now.
