I see he's tied to the Marina tower and the Burnett Building.

I can tell you this. I have worked on the exteriors of those buildings for years. Swingstage work, and he has little clue of the gusts that can be whipped up around those building shapes and down the river corridor. I think he's nuts but if he falls I hope he falls in the river.
