There's a game Thursday, 6 Nov. 8:25 p.m., Sunday games starting at 1:00 p.m. and Monday, 10 Nov. 8:30 p.m.

I was curious what media events were happening that might be used to distract people. Are there any other sporting events either Thursday or Sunday?

McCulloch just announced Tues. Nov 4, that they had at least another two weeks of testimony to take, so I doubt if it will be this weekend for the announcement.

I can't remember where I read it, but they write planning to release the grand jury results on a Sunday, thinking it would be the day that the least amount of protestors would show up.

Considering the national guard story, I'm betting on this Sunday.

The company I work for told us that the verdict would be announced Sunday or Monday, the place will be on lock down both days plus extra security and every St. Louis City and county police will be called in.
There are no rent-a-cops available because they are all taken.

Even if the police officer were found guilty "and he will not be" there are those who would still find an excuse to riot, steal. It would just be for another reason...thae took too long for a decision...the grand jury only had one woman on it, or one black etc.
