November comes in with 12-17" now…Rain in Cali later. Nov Outlook coast to coast

November is here and so is winter for parts of the Midwest and East. Typhoon Nuri is changing our weather patter the next few days with 12″+ snow in Minnesota, Michigan and Wisconsin to an Arctic Push to the East. The rest of the month gets interesting with rain possible now toward the end of the month in California and the desert Southwest. The Arctic Oscillation means business so check out the entire outlook coast to coast.
