LOL, I left active duty as an E-5 and the Army Reserves as an E-7.
OP just did one and out, probably as just a PFC or a SPEC. And no campaign ribbons to boot.
He probably thought getting his "sham shield" was a big achievement -- like when he got his pretty lil blue cord. LOL
