Selling real estate to someone who can never actually possess it sounds pretty smart. China is exchanging their US Treasury notes for tangible assets. I am not arguing that fact. What I am saying is: How will they take possession of them if the U.S. decides to not let them? The gov't. does it to us with Eminent Domain, confiscation of gold and I'm sure there are many other examples of their thuggery and thievery. So it's a fleecing on an international scale if the Gov't. chooses that. I wonder if they also have to pay property tax. |
