If anyone of you still think Cold Fusion is a "pseudoscience" You sure have a lot of catching up to do.

He is probably out to buy it and use it (just for him to show off to other nerdy billionaires). Free or super cheap energy for the sheep would make a billionaire useless.

Well, at least one online source has been tracking "LENR" news announcements regarding oil price drops and has come with a direct relationship, in the sense that several news (since october 8, when the current most discussed report came available online and was downloaded more than 100.000 times in the first hour, and precisely a company that tracked oil prices was one of the first downloaders) the price drops have matched within 10 minutes.

Coincidence?

If I read it right it says that the B&M Gates foundation will fund 'some' projects from ITER. It doesn't really say, if, and how much there might go to cold fusion.

I do wish it would actually be funded, but Bill Gates is an evil bastard.

As much as one can hate Gates for being the globalist eugenics he is showing to be, this news is really interesting "marketing" wise for the LENR development.

Guess he gave up on dumbing down our kids...

It is possible Bill Gates has been given a heads-up, and is rushing to finance "The Next Big Thing" (what else is one to do with surplus billions of dollars?).

It is interesting that people have associated the drop in oil prices with the recent ECat LENR ("cold fusion") test results.

That's what many of us are speculating right now. The Levi et al report had it's own thread in GLP, it was released October 8th and it is still being over analyzed by pathoskeptics. Nevertheless, the tide for "Cold Fusion" (Now LENR) changed and many unaware will be swept by it.

There was confirmation that the interest in LENR is personal from Bill Gates and does not involves the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation.

LENR is being finally accepted as mainstream science, and ENEA has a LENR line of work in cooperation with the US based NRL, the University of Missouri and Standfor Research Internationall (SRI), among others. LENR is finally getting the recognition it always deserved.

You know, I get a kick out of people asserting that Obama is the antichrist when he is nothing more than a dime store sociopath.

Meanwhile, you have a guy like Gates, who openly states the need to sterilize women and control the population with vaccine poisoning...and then does it.
