I have never received any money from Bill Cosby and have not asked for it. I have nothing to gain by continuing to speak out. He can no longer be charged for his crimes against me because the statute of limitations is long past. That is also wrong. There should be no time limits on reporting these crimes, and one of my goals is to call for legislation to that end. Famous and wealthy perpetrators use their power to shame and silence their victims. It often takes years for young women to overcome those feeling and gain the confidence to come forward (by which point physical evidence is long gone). Our legal system shouldn’t silence them a second time.

Maybe Father Bill will sue them all for libel and defamation of character, assuming he's innocent as a new born lamb, and pure as the freshly fallen snow.

what's the point in suing for defamation or libel....it will cost him more money in the end of proceedings than what it's worth in legal costs alone. There will always be those that will believe the accusers no matter what comes out to be truth.

But he's not hiding, he's still living his life mostly out of the public eye. People are going to think whatever they want regardless. It's not incumbent on him to prove his innoncence.

If he were to sue, that means there will have to be a hearing, and that would leave him exposed to questions that he is not going to want to answer.
Now.....if he is telling the truth and did not do anything to all these women, with all his money HE WOULD SUE to prove his innocence and to get his honor back.

But, if he is a rapist and a con man.... and im bettin that is the case, that will not happen and i suspect where there is fire there is smoke so you will not see the creep sue.
That is why he has paid off one of the suits as he wants it to just go away.
