That is false. I have been drinking distilled water for 4 years. You get your minerals from food and supplements. Distilled water removes the positively charged garbage from the bloodstream. Spring water has inorganic minerals you do not want in your body like, rocks, dirt, and metal. These collect in the joints and organs and cause pain and disease. Filters do nothing to remove fluoride, unless you pay to buy a good carbon filter.
