The double slit experiment really makes me question if this is all a simulation, because it makes no sense otherwise. [link to www.youtube.com]

Basically, if unobserved, a single particle can impact a surface in two places at once under a certain circumstance.

But that is impossible, right? Can't be at two places at once yadda yadda. So, people put sensors to record this particle splitting in two - they wanted to watch this single particle do this seemingly impossible and illogical thing.

The problem is, once the sensors are up and you try to watch it do this, the particle will only strike in one place - there's a completely different result if it's observed. Take the sensor away, and it'll hit in two places again.

That would make sense if it was a simulation. A simulation can come out with any result it wants, whether or not it's logical. But it can't come out with an explanation ,or observable model of that illogical thing in the process of happening, in this case, for that illogical result - it can only show the result or output by itself. So when it's called out on that problem by being directly observed, it's forced to revert to the logical.
