Blacks are beneath whites. Deal with the facts. Justice will never be within the grasp of the understanding of black people unless taught by white or asian people.

Circumstances? I read the article. The rail passenger didn't assault the black cop. The cop hit the guy with a baton during an argument...the white person didn't assault the officer. Sorry apples and oranges here, though I saw the last line of the story which says a lot about you and the leftard media hack that wrote the story:

First of all, the cop assaulted this citizen for no reason. Broke several bones in his hand which later required surgery, and held the guy for a hour and 1/2 refusing him medical attention.

To try and make a comparison to this case and Mike brown is embarrassing.
