[ link to www.youtube.com (secure)] "It's official, this year has been the warmest on record since 1880. The Earth's temperature registered 1.22 degrees Celsius more than the average of the 20th century. That is according to the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
Glaciers in Norway have acted like a sort of thermometer: this year, out of 38 of them, 33 have receded. The Grafjell glacier has lost 120 metres in length since 2000.
