Re: Remote Viewing Ancient Civilizations - a compilation of data, a Topical Index to Alterwelt's Alternate History
In my attempt to debunk or validate some of Alterwelt's factoids I found the following rather interesting. It seems a war with kinetic weapons could alter the Earth's rotation speed. . . See Below.
-----------------------
11) Earth had a faster rotation before massive bombardments 32,000 years ago by rail gun pellets with the mass of small asteroids

how was this achieved?

this was done on purpose?

by whom?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 64188897

People fighting a global war some 32.000 years ago. It's a byproduct of a barrage designed to destroy a continental sized landmass in the Atlantic.
 Quoting: Alterwelt

Earth's rotation changes

Japan Quake May Have Shortened Earth Days, Moved Axis

In comparison, following last year's magnitude 8.8 earthquake in Chile, Gross estimated the Chile quake should have shortened the length of day by about 1.26 microseconds and shifted Earth's figure axis by about 8 centimeters (3 inches). A similar calculation performed after the 2004 magnitude 9.1 Sumatran earthquake revealed it should have shortened the length of day by 6.8 microseconds and shifted Earth's figure axis by about 7 centimeters, or 2.76 inches. How an individual earthquake affects Earth's rotation depends on its size (magnitude), location and the details of how the fault slipped.
Gross said that, in theory, anything that redistributes Earth's mass will change Earth's rotation.

"Earth's rotation changes all the time as a result of not only earthquakes, but also the much larger effects of changes in atmospheric winds and oceanic currents," he said. "Over the course of a year, the length of the day increases and decreases by about a millisecond, or about 550 times larger than the change caused by the Japanese earthquake. The position of Earth's figure axis also changes all the time, by about 1 meter (3.3 feet) over the course of a year, or about six times more than the change that should have been caused by the Japan quake."

Re: Remote Viewing Ancient Civilizations - a compilation of data.
Further question on the non-human "Elves" that you say left the Earth around 75,000 years ago: this time period is associated with the "genetic bottleneck" in humans. It's been suggested this was due to a natural disaster like a supervolcano. Is there a connection between the departure of the non-humans and a disaster striking Earth? Seems very coincidental to me!
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 35332396
No, they kept leaving this planet for a long time, their exodus was a process, not a one time occurrence.

Also J.R.R.Tolkien claimed that the Lord of the Rings was actually the real history of the Earth. Sounds like its possible!

Tolkien was privy to much information as a member of a secret society. His works are heavily allegorical and contain hidden facts.

When Prometheus (pre-human species) shared gunpowder and hot air balloons (and other knowledge) with humans to combat the mega fauna, you said the pre-humans were pre-cognit and knew humans would inherit the earth. 1) Is this the allegory to J.R.R. Tokens scene where the Elves sail from Middle Earth with a few select Hobbits to leave the World to human domination?
 Quoting: George B
Correct, the dominant pre-human species left this world via unknown means.
2) You have implied that higher birth rates allowed humans to out compete the other humanoid races, but at this time in history ovulation rates were only once a year, what was the ovulation and birth rates of the other species?
 Quoting: George B
There have been other human species with a higher birth rate, also pre-humans had a significantly lower birth rate that allowed to keep a stable population with minimal growth, every war or disaster was a blow that required centuries to recuparate from.

2. Also you once wrote that: "All the non-human species are dead excepct for a few remnants, most of whom don't even remember they once had civilizations of their own." Can you tell us which current species stand for these remnants now?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 68832298
There is a diminutive race living in Himalayas in the deep caves, we're not aware of any other remnants.
3. The third question is about the post in which you told us that there are currently a few sentient earth based intelligent species beside homo sapien sapien. Can you tell us which one you had in mind, besides Big Foot?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 68832298

Alterwelt

----------------------------------------
So human history started 150,000 years ago with 3 civilizations achieving high technology on a global scale.

Before the first human civ, there were many different races evolved and attained a civilized status. They were tall, slender, bipedal and apparently attractive to our standards. They evolved from mammals like us but had a much different genetic makeup. Their subconscious and conscious were melded together resulting in them thinking much differently than us.

In their day to day lives they were mainly motivated by a deep intuitive process. People just “knew” when they met their spouse, when it was time for a vacation, as well as finding their role in society. People spent much less time thinking and more time just being.

They had love, humor, art and music but these were all coming from their subconscious minds. It's difficult to explain. Suffice to say that we developed logical faculties, creativity and imagination to deal with being severed from a subconscious reservoirs of knowledge which they had been connected to. This was both their strength and their weakness.

Another group of species were short and gave rise to the hobbits and dwarves of legend. Others were completely alien in their way of thinking. All were aware that humanity would inherit this world and were more or less hostile towards man.

Mankind is a species that was most suited to survival which is why we're still around and they're not. Their level of development was varied but they had a common trait which was a low birthrate. Such a disadvantage eliminates a species in times of hardship. During both the first high periods there were multiple species of human. It’s our high birth rate and survivor traits that led to our current reign on earth.

The Silmarillion comprises five parts. The first part, Ainulindalë, tells of the creation of Eä, the "world that is". Valaquenta, the second part, gives a description of the Valar and Maiar, the supernatural powers in Eä. The next section, Quenta Silmarillion, which forms the bulk of the collection, chronicles the history of the events before and during the First Age, including the wars over the Silmarils that gave the book its title. The fourth part, Akallabêth, relates the history of the Downfall of Númenor and its people, which takes place in the Second Age. The final part, Of the Rings of Power and the Third Age, is a brief account of the circumstances which led to and were presented in The Lord of the Rings.

Re: Remote Viewing Ancient Civilizations - a compilation of data, a Topical Index to Alterwelt's Alternate History
Why do I keep coming back to the Alterwelt Thread? Good question? Seems no matter what I do, I return to see if there is something I have missed. You know the ultimate puzzle, the one where you just have to find the missing pieces to complete. The frustration is the pieces are not available. So one just keeps looking for something that either never existed or just is not available to the average person. Tantalized by the possibilities but prevented from the satisfaction of full discovery.

What to do? I don't really know except to remain patient and see what happens next.

Assuming Alterwelt is possibly attempting to share truth as they understand it, I am willing to hang around to analyze their attempts.

Anyway, I want to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving . . . while this holiday is not celebrated everywhere the idea is a rather universal. God's Speed to all!!

I could see why some of the boys took him for snobby. He had a quiet way about him, a walk and a talk that just wasn't normal around here. He strolled, like a man in a park without a care or a worry in the world, like he had on an invisible coat that would shield him from this place. Yeah, I think it would be fair to say...I liked Alterwelt from the start.

I can confirm from various sources that I have come across over the years parts of Australia is indeed Lemuria/Mu.

Also I have read various sources of what the Alterwelt says about the 1st age post scarcity high civilisation is on point.

Atlantians were more into technology and science. Mu/Lemuria were more into natural healing and connecting with nature and earthly.

Alterwelt, can you give us any more information on the ruins below Central Park or details of this civilization? When it ended? Did glaciation over the cite destroy much of the ruins, etc.?
 Quoting: George B

These were the colonies of a local power centered around Cuba and the Bahamas, once the coastlines of Cuba and the Bahamas became submerged some 13.000 B.C the people moved fully to the west coast of North America.

Their civilization ended when a tsunami generated by a sinking landmass of the west coast of Africa reached them and washed away the entire coast many miles inland. Almost no survivors were left, the cities that remained above the waterline were ruined but relatively intact. The torrential rains of the Younger Dryas contributed to them becoming mostly buried by shifting masses of soil from inland regions and dislodging the foundations of entire structures.

New York is often called a “vertical” city because its finite borders impose strict limits on expansion. In Manhattan particularly, the only way to build is up. This verticality goes both ways, however—for all the towering skyscrapers aboveground, there’s an equally vast and Byzantine system of structures below the pavement. Gotham’s undercarriage is a honeycomb of steam tunnels, sewage mains, disused subway stations, and odd, empty spaces that city workers simply call “voids”—some of which are accessible to the public, some of which have been locked or sealed up for decades.
A steam tunnel beneath Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, for example, was sealed during the Civil War for purposes of defense, and remained that way until its discovery by a City College engineering student in 1981—a subterranean highway, lost for more than a century.
There is a vast chamber under Central Park the size of the Sistine Chapel, where the sodium vapor lamps never go out. There are tunnels beneath Columbia University and the New York Public Library. A warren of unmapped passages can supposedly be found in the bowels of Chinatown, according to Herbert Asbury, a journalist and true crime writer, who is known for penning The Gangs of New York among other works. And Al Capone reportedly tunneled beneath the city like a mole, although tales of Capone and secret vaults are of questionable veracity. (Just ask Geraldo Rivera.)
----------------------------
To mark the occasion—an historic event for the city—mayor Michael Bloomberg hosted a press conference two hundred feet below the surface of Central Park. It was to remain, we were reminded again and again, even by the mayor himself, an undisclosed location; we were not allowed to tell anyone where we were.

And you would never guess that this is what lies there—on the other side of a non-descript door you've probably already been past without noticing—that, after a short elevator ride sliding sixteen stories down, deeper than most subways, you would find this astonishing vaulted room
.

It seems likely from the information above extensive excavation under Central Park has occurred and rather recently. It also appears that the authorities either removed considerable material or found existing massive open spaces for their water control project some 200 feet below the surface. Interesting its specific location is not allowed to be public knowledge. Kept secret for security reasons of course.

The Margate Shell Grotto in Kent Great Britain has been suggested to be dated from 300 years, 3,000 years and 12,000 years, which is it?

"The story goes that in 1835 Mr James Newlove lowered his young son Joshua into a hole in the ground that had appeared during the digging of a duck pond. Joshua emerged describing tunnels covered with shells. He had discovered the Shell Grotto, its walls decorated with strange symbols mosaiced in millions of shells. Is it an ancient pagan temple? A meeting place for some secret cult? Nobody can explain who built this amazing place, or why, but since its accidental discovery visitors from all over the world have been intrigued by the beautiful mosaic . . . "

87) The Ankh

AlterAnkh

Did the Ankh crosses originated in Egypt or Atlantis? thanks.
 Quoting: Don Deivid 71

The Ankh is a very old symbol predating the Old Kingdom, it's impossible to say whether it originated in Middle East or within the Atlantic but it's present in various forms as far back as 15.000 years.

It was, in it's earliest discovered incarnation a sigil of one of the centers that focused on removing physical imperfections among the populace of the Middle East, the facility itself held advanced knowledge that aided with defects, ilnesses and even revived untimely deceased provided the damage was small enough and time of death recent.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 54322626

The collective unconscious is a deep layer of consciousness where memories are stored, it is a source of instinct and can be a source, albeit unreliable of information based on genetic level storage.

It is on a certain level shared by all living things, this is a reason why domesticated cats and dogs are generally smarter and more self aware than wild animals, they share their consciousness with the human race on a deep level.

:AlterMidas:

What is the truth behind the Midas Touch legend? And what year did the guy he reoresents exist?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 70174325

An amusing one. Midas is a historical figure, an ancient greek alchemist who discovered a device that allowed transformation of matter, the device was by then malfunctioning after many milennia of disuse and lack of maintnance. He used it to create gold and was then executed and the device itself damaged to prevent it from falling into other hands.
 Quoting: Alterwelt

Why did they kill Midas?
 Quoting: Kish42

The people of the time were simple and did not understand technology, to them Midas made gold, once the local elite had a fortune worth generations of spending they made sure no one else would and killed Midas also damaging the device in the process.

89) Cain and Abel

kane and abel from the bible.

i recently read somewhere Kane was a very powerful king/deity

is this true?

can you expand or elaborate on Kane and or Abel at all?

thanks
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 68860415

Cain and Abel is a story of two layers.

On one side it is a story that's allegorical of early man achieving sentience, with it realising death, impermanence, and consequently all his limitations and acts such as murder.

The original names however, are Quim and Hevesh for Cain and Abel respectively and represent real people, significant figures in their own time, some 13.000 years prior to present. They were great leaders of men leading armies of opposing empires in a war that lasted on and off for centuries and ended only when civilization was destroyed by the violence of the Younger Dryas geological period.

 Quoting: Alterwelt

Similar historical story. . . [link to www.pilotguides.com]

"In 1814, it seemed that twenty five years of war in Europe was finally coming to an end with the surrender of the Emperor Napoleon and his banishment to the Mediterranean island of Elba.
The European powers began the task of restoring their continent to normality and peace.
However, on 1st March 1815 Napoleon escaped from Elba and landed in France. Nineteen days later he was in Paris and resumed his title as Emperor. His army rallied to him. The soldiers who had been captured during the years of fighting had been released enabling Napoleon to reform his Grande Armée.
The Duke of Wellington and European allies had to reassemble their armies and prepare to resume the war to overthrow the Emperor yet again.
Napoleon and Duke of Wellington –two old enemies and the greatest captains of their age, whose armies fought against one each other on the Iberian Peninsula during the Peninsular War – meet for their final battle at Waterloo."

He's either the same person as Quetzalcoatl or a member of his group.

After the Younger Dryas destroyed civilization some 12.300 years ago most of humanity was either wiped out in a global flood, starved in the following upheavals and the remnants fell back to hunter-gatherer state.

A civilized society endured in present day Cuba, approximately 9.000 years ago they launched a massive effort across South America to rekindle civilization, they thought medicine, agriculture, astronomy, basics of architecture and metalurgy, they reintroduced administration and societal structure. They were consequently remembered as gods.

----------------------------------

Just how did Jesus communicate his wishes to Paul? In the Bibical account Paul never encountered Jesus until after Jesus's death. . . it was on the road to Damascus where Paul was struck down by the spirit of the risen Jesus . . . was it not?
 Quoting: George B

Saint Paul and Saint Peter were contemporaries who between them laid the foundations of the Mother Church.

Pauls life was redacted and pushed a few decades ahead, he lived in Jesus' time.

 Quoting: Alterwelt

-------------------------------

Alterwelt, after several questions about Jesus and Qumran, what can you tell us about Saint Paul?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 35332396

Saint Paul is responsible for creating the Church, he did so expressly against the wishes of Jesus.
Was he who he claimed to be (of a Jewish family from Tarsus and a Roman citizen) and was he as important in spreading Christianity as we now believe?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 35332396

Yes he was.
Some scholars think he practically invented Christianity; others question his origins and motives.

Interested to know more!
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 35332396

He ceirtanly invented the Church.
 Quoting: Alterwelt

----------------------------------
1) Was Paul cognizant of Jesus' wish concerning the Church?
 Quoting: Raymantheheretic

Yes, in his time Jesus made it clear that organized religion is inferior to an individual approach.
2) Can you shed light on Paul's motives for doing so?
 Quoting: Raymantheheretic

He and his compatriots did not believe mankind to be wise enough to handle such a path, they were the first to come up with the concept of shepherding the faithfull.

3) Was Peter Paul's witting accomplice in this foundation laying?
 Quoting: Raymantheheretic

Yes. Jesus viewed mankind as ready for a humanistic, individual approach, this view was not popular among his inner circle.
4) Do you have knowledge of a precise, preferred or actual pronunciation of Jesus real name? Yashua/Yahashua etc.
 Quoting: Raymantheheretic

No i don't.

 Quoting: rolltiderv2

It exists, it is not available to the public however and never will be.
2. Was the apostle Paul writings a forgery and/or are they time period authentic?
 Quoting: rolltiderv2

They are authentic insofar as Paul writing most of them.
3. Was there any scientific basis behind Christ's ability to manipulate matter?
 Quoting: rolltiderv2

Yes.
4. Are there better writings of Christ available to us but off limits in the Vatican library?
 Quoting: rolltiderv2

Unlikely.
5. Do you know the exact mechanism of Fatima & co and why should we be scared?

Thanks
 Quoting: rolltiderv2

Yes.
 Quoting: Alterwelt

------------------------

Was the apostle Paul a double-agent who infiltrated and redirected Christianity as originally established by Jesus?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27752111

No. Just an ambitious man who saw an opportunity to control others.

Re: Remote Viewing Ancient Civilizations - a compilation of data, a Topical Index to Alterwelt's Alternate History
According to Alterwelt . . . modern man had been sentient and had significant high civilizations twice before. The first ended when we attempted to synthesize God which resulted in a near ELE via a glancing blow from a comet (50-70K years ago) the second ended via a global and intra solar system war 32,000 years ago. We are now engaged in our third major high civilization. The differences now are:

1) we now have over 7 billion humans on the earth as opposed to 500,000,000 at its highest before.

2) our ozone layer is 1/4 of what it was 32,000 years ago and our weather patterns are more extreme and unpredictable than before.

3) our life span is greatly reduced from what it once was.

4) we are smaller, weaker, and sicker than ever before but our birth rate is 12 times higher than before, we are more logical and creative than ever before.

5) we now dream when we sleep and have a greater need for entertainment, music, art and religion.

6) we seem to be progressing faster from the primitive post disaster status to a more civilize state than before.

To the participants on this Thread which era would you have had rather live in?

A) the first high civilization
B) between the first and second high civilization
C) the second high civilization
D) after the second civilization
E) in the present civilization

Note: respond here but not on the origional Thread. . .
