World War 3: U.S. Congress ‘Declares War’ On Vladimir Putin And Russia Over Ukraine, Claims Ron Paul

World War 3 may have already begun in a piecemeal fashion according to Pope Francis, and now Ron Paul is warning that the U.S. Congress essentially declared war on Vladimir Putin with the recently passed Resolution 758, which calls for President Barack Obama to significantly escalate the actions of the United States in regards to the Ukraine war by providing lethal aid.

In a related report by the Inquisitr, a pro-Russian newspaper is claiming that Flight MH17 was shot down in an attempt to assassinate Vladimir Putin, an idea that has been seriously proposed as a solution to the Ukraine crisis by former U.S. government officials. Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin claims sanctions by the western world are an attempt to destroy Russia.

Two days ago, the U.S. House Of Representatives passed Resolution 758 with 98 percent of the vote. While the 16 page document makes many allegations, the legislation strongly condemns “the actions of the Russian Federation, under President Vladimir Putin, which has carried out a policy of aggression against neighboring countries aimed at political and economic domination,” and claims Russia has “violated each of the 10 principles of the 1975 Helsinki Accords in its relations with Ukraine.” The resolution also claims Russia has violated the ceasefire agreement specified in the September Minsk Protocol and “has provided military equipment, training, and other assistance to separatist and paramilitary forces in eastern Ukraine,” which is said to have violated the 1994 Budapest Memorandum and is “in breach of its obligations under the United Nations Charter.”
