i definitely noticed this a few years ago, too. and so have many others. i remember a rash of phone calls to art bell about it.

Sometime in 2002, I noticed the sun looking white, but wasn't blindingly bright like it is now. The sun suddenly became brighter on June 6, 2003. It seems like the sun has gotten more brighter this last 5 years or so, plus I can feel the sun's intense rays burn in just about 15 minutes outdoors
