why I'm pissed...I had a suspect mole removed and the Dr. said no news was good news, that was 2 weeks ago, so I get home to day and there is a message "Please call us"...Well GOD FUCKING DAMN IT, if you had called my cell I would have know what it was about...now I'm stuck waiting(fretting) till 9 tomorrow

I've wondered about the same thing.

I was waiting for biopsy results and I had given them both my work cellphone number and private cellphone number just to be sure that they can reach me. Then I forgot to take my home cellphone to work and that's, of course, the only number they called that day.

If I have given you two numbers to call, why the heck don't you call them both?

I'll bet ya a months pay that if you owed them money they'd call every number and send an E-mail !!!

My doctors office does the same thing. I have wondered time and time again if there is a reason why they do that. However I am sort of taking it, it is in case if you don't pay the bill then they can annoy the hell out of you on every phone you have.

Of course it could be that they don't want to call your cell phone because you might be driving and if they have bad news that would be a bad thing. Nah, My doctors office isn't that smart to figure that one out yet.

LOL sounds like when I came home after my first heart attack when I died and they brought me back, and they sent the state out to see if I was suicidal. First question was do you feel like committing suicide? Answer no. Do you own any guns? (Like I would have told them???) Answer No, but if I wanted to kill myself, a nice hot bath and a radio would work fine.

State never did come back.

I remember when in training that a Dermatologists only needed to know two things. If it is dry, keep it moist. If it is wet keep it dry.
