I've never seen a wild squirrel do that. Usually they are running about at 90 mph. We used to have two flying squirrels that our cats drug into our house when they were babies. We tried to acclimate them to the wilds again when they were old enough but they kept showing up at our slider door begging to come in. They thought we were their parents and always wanted to be on us. They'd crawl down our shirts and sleep on our chests as we did housework/yard work, etc.

We had high beam ceilings they'd crawl around on and when one of us walked through the room they'd glide down and land on our shoulder or head.

Your squirrel yawned & stretched at the end. It's almost as if he had been in a sleeping state with eyes wide open. Maybe it was a meditation of sorts.

That was interesting. Thanks for sharing that.

Your welcome. I was surprised when I saw the squirrel sitting above my Rock Energy Garden. His yawn and stretching are the best part. I would have loved to have one in the house like you did. Check out the other videos if you liked this one. I try to find things that are unusual or just makes me happy to see.

Peace
