I'm looking forward to giving this a read. I always ask people who make claims to make it "Practical" and nobody ever seems to understand what that means.

If a belief or practice has no practical, tangible value, it is an empty belief.

One has to put sincere effort to learn meditation. Books, handbooks can only provide method and direction.
