Jackie Speier has been a SUPERB representative who, incidentally, was badly wounded in the Jonestown massacre of 1978.

In this clip she's rightly making a strong statement against torture. She was asked directly by the interviewer if the CIA should apologize and she answered in the affirmative; not to Al Qaeda but to America, obviously.
