I don't think it looks photo shopped. At least not poorly like the sex shop example. But I'm open to being shown why you think so... BTW, for what it's worth, if it is, it wasn't done by me. I found it online. Looks legit to me, but I don't have photo shop or know how to use it, so I'm not an expert.
