A couple years ago, A friend was telling me about a book she read: "One Word that will change your life." She told me how she'd been choosing "One Word" instead of making resolutions. I've never been a resolution-maker, so I was intrigued and checked out the website. (I didn't buy the book--my friend told me that almost all the info in the book was on their website.)
