Just a little update. I had a tough day today :( lots of pain. I am pushing through it. Tomorrow I start PT and I am scared. I don't think I am ready. It is basically just an evaluation so it shouldn't be that bad. I will update after! Thank you all for your support, it means the world to me!!
Quoting: Jewelz hang in there, like you stated earlier this is only temporary. you are going to have to go thru some rough days in order to get to good days again. Just take the PT very slowly. Go at your own comfortable pace. Meditate, pray or do whatever spiritually assists you in recovery. Be well.
