The body in it's perfect form (without blood) is resurrected and rejoined with the spirit for eternal life.

The two fold mission of Christ was to achieve this so he
could grant resurrection as a gift to all.

Without resurrection there is no purpose in Heaven.

The other was to atone for all sin, so he can grant forgiveness to each to enter the kingdom of God.

People in heaven don't have their glorified bodies yet, They will get them at the end of time hence the ' New heaven and new earth' God is redoing everything. Only Yahushua (christ) has his glorified body, that what i think according to the bible
