Re: Do you sleep best facing N, S, E, W, NW, NE, SW, SE?
I read many years ago about a lady who slept with her body aligned north to south (head at the top). She said this is how you can rejuvenate your body's electromagnetic field because (she lived in the northern hemisphere) the Earth’s magnetic lines go from the equator to the north pole and when you align yourself with it it flows through you with ease. I am now so adept at this whenever I sleep in a bed that's not my own I can find the north just by moving around on the bed as it FEELS more comfortable to me now.

I’m telling you this works if you want more energy.

Maybe that has something to do with my not dreaming and waking up swollen faced when I sleep head south/feet north. I'll have to try it some time. Thanks for sharing!

Head facing N currently. But head facing W or E is also fine.

Suppose to sleep towards the poles, cause sleeping perpendicular to the magnetic flux lines will screw up your health over time.

Plenty of ill health tards I bet sleep east to west or visa versa, and have no clue why they are so fucked up.

Re: Do you sleep best facing N, S, E, W, NW, NE, SW, SE?
I read somewhere that because of the earth's electromagnetic field, the body has it's own electromagnetic field which is best to align with the flow of Earth's while sleeping. Basically your north pole is at your head and your south at your feet, when you sleep your head should be pointed towards the direction of one of earth's poles depending which hemisphere your in. I can't recall exactly but I think it was head facing North for Northern Hemisphere, head facing South for Southern Hemisphere.

One thing is for certain. When your naturally nocturnal, it will always be hard on you in daytime.Force your self to sleep at night, and force yourself to wake in day.Backasswards.Does not really matter what position you sleep.Going against ones natural desire sucks.I am proof..damned
