Rice and dried beans. Carbohydrates and protein . All you need to survive . Quoting: Anonymous Coward 45439626 you need fat too So..if OP is a typical fat gutted merkan..that problems already solved. I think thats why merkans dont include fat in their preps..they dont need to as each one of them carries enough blubber to last em at least 40 years.  well that's not very nice is it!
