In this hypothetical situation imagine you find out that vampires are real, you have 100% proof their are vampires that run most of the world, and you also are given a full proof way to identify who is a human and who is a vampire. Lets say roughly 2 percent of everyone you know from every cast of life that you have met on this planet are one of them, and you now have 100 percent effective way to differentiate them from humans, lets just say hypothetically there is a word that only human vocal chords could pronounce.

You also find out most of their powers, were just wishful thinking on their part, and they are actually inferior to humans, but are just wicked psychopaths who only rule because they work together secretly.
