TWO POLICE OFFICERS SHOT IN FORDHAM SECTION OF THE BRONX

FORDHAM (WABC) -- Two police officers were shot in the Fordham section of the Bronx Monday night.

It happened at E. 184th Street and Tiebout Avenue.

One officer was shot in the arm, and the other officer was shot in the back.

The officers were rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital.

Police are still searching for the suspect.

I have friends who are cops. Not all cops are good, but most are good people. You however are definitely an a-hole.

Exactly what we didn't need. Now we are going to have cops that will be more on edge than they already are, with a real itchy trigger finger.

Another few blacks armed or unarmed get shot and killed in NYC and things could possibly get out of control.

The Comrade Mayor of NYC is not going to make it through his term.

local NYC news just reported that injuries to both cops are not life threatening

wasn't this from an armed robbery attempt? it wasn't a premeditated attack on cops like the last one... these things happen all the time... cops DO get shot at for other reasons, since... forever. i'm starting to hate how all thats going on is regular life and GLP turns it into OMG DOOM!
