There are buyers and sellers, thats how it works

It's a phenomenon recently called BTFD - "Buy The Fucking Dip".

They are having a harder time propping it up, it's starting to flat line.

Its all manipulated from the top to affect areas they want it to help/hurt. As evidence by the rolling stone article from about a year ago. Search it out and you will find it.

Who gets hurt by oil prices falling. China/Russia.

So.........

it will go back up once russia gives in. until then just sit back and watch.

oil prices are stagnant

taxes are going up though
