Methane gas clouds (both above and below water).Exposure to high levels of methane gas depletes the oxygen level in the body, causing difficulty in breathing and ultimately suffocation. So, the birds and smaller fish might have suffocated. Depletion of oxygen to the body then gives rise to confusion, memory loss, and poor judgment. Could explain larger animal mass beaching. 2. Some kind of magnetic field anomaly. 3. Something we currently lack any knowledge of. |

WELCOME ABOARD HnryBwmn! ![]() I did think of "All of the Above" after the fact. It was too late to add, though. Hopefully those who would have chosen it will take the time to comment here in the thread. I will take the opportunity to watch the video that you shared, but it may take me a little while. In the meantime, I did find this link about "Venus Syndrome" (and his name is Dane Wigington, not Dean Wiggington as I suggested above) [link to www.geoengineeringwatch.org] From the article at the link: “Venus syndrome” is not a metaphor, it is a scientific scenario. The term should be self explanatory, but just to be clear, Venus syndrome is a scenario in which climate and atmospheric feedback loops are triggered that can’t be switched off. Under this scenario, as greenhouse gasses build up, and cause planetary warming, yet more greenhouse gasses are released which causes still more warming. This trajectory does not end in a balmy tropical resort Earth, but rather a planet that is closer to hell. Like Venus, Earth would become a pressure cooking inferno with virtually no life. Do you have any in depth knowledge of the subject? All I know is what I read from others. Anonymous Coward User ID: 58495368 ![]() 01/15/2015 12:25 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hi, everyone! I read quite a few interesting opinions on this topic, a few I agreed with partially (as mid-grade factors) and others I did not agree with at all. The problem is that we are still looking at the problem from too narrow of a scope. Everything is connected, from the earth to the sun, and nothing happens without some kind of repercussion. Even children understand this concept (or spend a lot of time grounded to think about it!) Fracking destabilizes the crust, increasing the number of tremors in a certain area. An earthquake happens here, a tsunami touches somewhere else. A nuclear facility leaks radiation into the environment, and the instances of cancer and genetic mutations multiply to a degree where we cannot help but draw the logical conclusion. But what if it were something more? What if we took a step back and looked at the magnetics of the earth, being effected by the sun's declining solar cycles, and think on this for a bit? If our magnetic core's "battery" is dependent on the sun's output (which has been on the decline for quite a while now) then is it safe to assume that all of these things we can observe- mass die-offs of animals and marine life that are magnetically guided, virulent weather patterns (including the first ever recorded class 6 hurricane that hit the Philippines,) strange noises heard in diverse places, and spiral lights appearing in the sky- are all as a result of this declining relationship? (Look up Suspicious0bserver's research for more info on solar output analysis as it relates to earth's climate-the data is compelling.) Sure, the Fukushima event was a man-made disaster, but the weirdness has been going on for a lot longer than that. Also, isn't our brain basically a giant, super "computer" and therefore also affected by the slightest changes in electromagnetics? Could these changes be affecting humanity as a whole, accounting for the mental, social, and even civil unrest we have been seeing lately? I am not saying that there are not actual reasons for people to be upset, but just looking at the degree that we are responding- akin to a pod of whales "going crazy" and beaching themselves. This can't be a coincidence. Thoughts, anyone? ~Searching |
