Take away the beets and that sounds amazing.
Hope it was as good as it sounds.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 5703052 for me...the beats were definitely an acquired taste. i learned to eat them in julienne type slices and now i can eat them any way you slice em. these as well as all the pickled veggies are a great probiotic without havin to buy overpriced manufactured pills. pickled liver...not so much.
