Is the reason Detroit is so dangerous, ranking as the third most dangerous city in the US ( [link to www.neighborhoodscout.com] because Michigan has no death penalty, therefore murderers have no fear?
Case in point:
Just look at these scumbag murderers ( [link to www.mlive.com] Look at their attitude in the pictures. Read how, in court, they apologized to the families of Mike Brown, et al, but not to their victims' families! All they got for their heinous acts (I'm not going over them here, but they are evil to the core) was LIFE or LESS? If they don't deserve death, no one does, in my opinion.
