while i support the death penalty, it doesnt serve as a crime deterrant...

why?

because you dont go out to rob or kill someone thinking that if you get caught you would receive the death penalty, if you go out thinking this you just wont do it!

you go out full of adrenaline and other drugs, to rob or kill and you got 2 things in mind, the plan of what youre going to do and the escape route you would take. thats it.


let me say this again, i support the death penalty but it doesnt prevent crimes, never have, never will!
