I wonder who the dumb ass jurors were?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 50964872 Unfortunately he was facing 105 years in prison (!!!), so he copped a plea. But you're correct, a truly informed jury could have exculpated him under the 1st Amendment RIGHTS of a FREE PRESS. This is an injustice of the highest order against the Bill Of Rights. When they force you to cop a plea, you have no appeal or recourse to the Supreme Court. Sadly, it happens every day in our former Republic.
