So I don't do a lot of meditation because I find it difficult to settle my mind. Also, informing myself on what's going on and speaking to anyone who will listen is pretty much the extent of my activism, but I am sensitive to the collective energies in the world and it's starting to feel helpless and dark to me, like something big and bad is coming. So many false flags and legislation being proposed or passed with the goal of taking out any and all opposition to an evil agenda. It has been shown that group meditation can affect an outcome. I thought maybe every day at 11:11am EST, we could do a quick 10 minute spiritual practice of each person's choice to request assistance from any Beings from the Light (inner Earth. ET, Angels...what have you) to help defeat this dark agenda. Maybe everyday, or as often as we can, we do this to tip the scales in favor of good? I certainly don't think it could hurt. In fact, I think we could use all the help we can get in the coming days, week, and months. Anyone want to join me?

No one? Just a couple of minutes, whatever time you can spare, envisioning a positive outcome, giving gratitude for any help already given, or requesting assistance? You know they have all kinds of dark beings on their side and they put all kinds of effort into their dark agenda.

Thread: removed this one works really well, but if you can do this with a group of people of 3 or more, the love radiates beyond yourselves. online is fine also. it really doesn't matter what time you do it. just do it.

Just feeling a little overwhelmed with dark energy going on right now. I feel like asking Source for help, outside of a religious context, is a great idea. Would effectiveness increase directly with the number of people?
