I dont care the race, I'm just saying, They should be let loose to run wild and free in the wilderness if they dont want running water, and trash service, but they want to keep their animals who shit everywhere over priority of their kids. If you have an occupation that requires you to go into homes, you'd understand there are a small percentage of people who pathologically don't throw anything away and it gets out of control. Watch the show hoarders if you think this is some racial problem. Yes, I want to hoard feces and trash. I dont think so.
