There is a difference between conscious and unconscious thought. They can both be intuitively "focused" upon and have HUGE consequences.

I urge you to try it. Just keep the awareness of your conscious thought on the unconscious thought. I know where my intuition lead me, but I won't spoil it for others in case yours is different. I hope that someone will confirm it.

Stay aware, with equanimity, and be aware of the ringing in the ears and boom. An earthquake will happen. Haha.
