That also scares me.. but, one beer and it's over. What's a guy supposed to do? Hell, I haven't even gone over 8 hours yet - but, WTF... I've got to try.
Quoting: GUAM USA I drank heavily for over 20 years and if I went 3 days without drinking it was a long time for me. Now I've got almost 20 years in since my last drink. I didn't go to AA/NA or quit till it got so bad stopping drinking looked better than continuing to drink. Now I don't even remember what I saw in it and only wish I had stopped sooner. You can do it, it just takes willpower. If AA works for you, go for it. It just wasn't for me.
