My understanding of Kokesh is that his thinking in these matters mirrors my own.
He is a former Marine that played the game until he realized the game is rigged.
He went to jail for his beliefs and was rattled/taken-a-back by the fact, those in power have absolute control over dissenting opinion in this police state we now live within.

It seems to me he is refusing to give up, knowing the consequences of his action can cost him dearly.

I find this all honorable.

Regardless,...this interview in the OP stands by itself as to how people are logically challenged under the veil of intense propaganda.

The interviewer has clearly thought out his manipulative arguments and unfairly catches thie people he is interviewing off guard with a few clever questions. It proves nothing other than the fact that the interviewer is willing to stoop to deception to prove his anti American point.

Given his penchant for obfuscating the facts and willingness to use his aforementioned advantage to affect the outcome of the interview only exemplifies the fact that his argument on its own, in a fair and honest debate would not hold up to scrutiny.

You (op) have only exposed your prejudiced disdain for America and in the process highlighted your limited critical thinking skills.
