Ongoing SWAT standoff in Austin TX

Few details are available. This is the second nutter in recent months.

"3:30 p.m. update: A man in his late 40s has fired a shotgun out a window of a home during an ongoing SWAT standoff in West Lake Hills.

West Lake Hills police have issued a felony warrant for the arrest of the man on a charge of deadly conduct, officials said.

The man, who police are calling “Scott” over a loud speaker in negotiations, fired the shotgun Wednesday afternoon about 2:30 p.m. from a home in the 400 block of Brady Lane.
