Valentine's Day dinner......help !!!
Want to make ribs for my man - we are eating and having a romantic night tomorrow as he has to be at work Saturday evening - I need a decent recipe for ribs.....have 2 huge racks and want to make the best ribs ever.....help me guys !!!!!

Awww that's really nice :-))

My mom would marinade them over night in a honey garlic mustard white wine sauce ..
Add spices directly to ribs ( salt pepper what ever u like )) rub it in good they drizzle sauce and let it marinade overnight...
then just pop them in the oven the next day

Easy recipe:

Cook ribs (You can S&P/season them and add garlic) slow and low for TWO HOURS in oven at 250 covered with foil in foil pan.

Take em out and now slather them up with your favorite BBQ sauce (KC Masterpiece, whatever...)

Cover them up again and put back in oven for ONE HOUR.

Now enjoy.

Easy.
