Weird Dreams!!! Any Experts Out There? Please help...

OK..last night I had three weird dreams in a row.

All three dreams were beyond bizarre, but I decided to only share the last one, because of what happened afterwards. And, hopefully get some help on WTF this all means.



A little background...Dreams 1 and 2, took place at different ages in my life. However, in the last dream, I did not know what stage of life I was in, only that I was an adult, even though it took place in one of the bedrooms I had as a child. Of note, my mother no longer lives in this house and hasn't in years. We moved around a lot. So, it's not like I have any attachment to this house.

(Also, I woke up in-between dreams 2 and 3)

Dream 3...


OK, so I'm now in this childhood bedroom, but I'm laying on the queen-size I have today and not the twin-size I had then. Coincidentally, I am lying in the same position I fell back asleep in.

So, in the dream I turn to look back at the closet wall, but it disappears and turns all Disney and shit. Then, this heavy pink fog appears and begins to encircle the room, while animated butterflies and bluebirds start flying around in the midst of it all. I'm mesmerized, yet mortified.

Suddenly, I'm jolted back to reality by someone spooning me. Then, I hear my mom calling me to come downstairs. I yell back and ask her to please hold on. The pink fog and animated characters start slowly disappearing around me.

Alright, I know this sounds bad, but at this point I cannot figure out who is spooning me. I'm trying to look for arms, hands, legs, anything that I might recognize of who it might be. Also, I cannot get my head to turn far enough around to see who it is, because they are holding me so tightly and have what seems to be their head on top of mine. So, being the cunning bitch I am, I simply ask, "do you love me babe?" Hoping for a response, so I'll recognize the voice. Of course, there was no answer.

OK, I'm getting pissed at this point, since he has such a tight grip on me, that it's actually getting uncomfortable. In desperation, I plead, "Baby, stop.. Please get off me, mom is calling me down. It's not funny anymore!" I get no response again.

Now, it starts to turn into a lopsided wrestling match, where I'm pinned down, stuck on my side, yet more determined to see who the hell is being such an ass by holding me down. I'm still desperately trying to get a glimpse at the spooner, but I just can't, he is too strong. I cannot see him no matter how hard I try. I keep pleading with him to stop and get off me. Yet, the more I plead, the more intense the pressure of his grip seems to get. I'm getting really scared at this point and it's getting harder to breathe so, I simply stopped fighting.

As soon as I capitulated, it felt like the spooner's grip
stopped, but then he started to what I can only describe as "suction cup" me. I felt pulled like a vacuum from behind. So friggin creepy! Now, he started purring and growing at me, and I can feel the vibrations of the growls on my neck and backside. Still can't tell who it is, but then, the tight gripping resumed and kept getting progressively tighter as each second passed. Then, I started to see grey mist enveloping me. Now, I'm completely paralyzed. The only thing I can move is my eyes. I see this hideous, misty, grey, demon-like face out of the corner of my eyes and a blanket of grey mist resting over the top of me.

OK, I finally wake up, and guess what? I am still paralyzed this point, and I'm in the same position on the bed that was in the dream. I literally cannot move at all, just my eyes. The mist is still hovering over me and it's now holding me down into the bed even harder and the pressure seemed to be getting more and more intense by the second. I laid there helpless, breathless and in immense pain for what seemed like forever, but was probably no more than a few more minutes. I was unable to move until the mist lifted.


OK, I am freaked the fuck out now.

I'm guessing it was sleep paralysis at the end, but is it strange to go from sleep to wide awake experiencing the same thing? Getting the heebies just thinking about it all.

Any ideas from any dream analysis experts?

OK, I'm gonna go take a shower and try to wash this off and hopefully get some helpful input.
