It's not called holy crap its called lucky chap  LOL! Yes he is. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it. 3 stories is approximately 30 feet! Straight down and then bounce off a car, get up, brush himself off, an then scamper away? Lucky seems an understatement. Edit for broken keyboard "D"
